Lesson 2 | Vocab

New Vocabulary

Now it is time to learn the vocabulary words for Lesson 2. For this lesson, you will learn 28 new words: 17 first pattern nouns, three prepositions (words like "on" or "with"), and several other words. These words were chosen to prepare you for the next grammar lesson.
Note that you need to memorize both the word and the extra information that accompanies it. (We’ll explain why in the next step.) Practice listening to and saying the words as you study them.
