Devotional (Philippians 1:18)
Prayer
Thank you for this exhortation from Philippians. If Paul is able to rejoice in the proclamation of the gospel despite convoluted, malicious motivations, certainly we can rejoice despite the ups-and-downs of our study. For we confess: sometimes our motivations and attitudes are not great! But we know the ultimate aim is good and pray that through it all Christ might be proclaimed all the more—to our hearts and through our mouths—for the glory of God.
