Lesson 9 | Infinitives
Assignment, pt.1
Find and parse the infinitives.
Look through Matthew 5:1–37 to find the infinitives. You do not need to translate, just find the infinitives. Then color them green for present (imperfective), red for aorist (perfective), or purple for perfect (stative). Finally, highlight them with green to show that each is an infinitive.
Next, copy or write the infinitives from the phrasing module and paste it into the notes module.
Finally, parse the infinitives. Remember to identify the two key features and include its tense-form, voice, and lexical form.
