Lesson 3 | Present Participles
Assignment (Part 2)
In this assignment, you will find 10 different verbs with a parsing next to it. You must write out the verb in its correct participial form. Write your answer in the blank provided.
Do not include breathing marks or accents, but do type final sigmas and iota subscripts when they are called for. (The final sigma is typed by pressing the ‘w’ key. An iota subscript is added by typing the base vowel followed by a capital iota. E.g. ‘αΙ’ will yield ‘ᾳ’.)
Example
1. γράφω (present, active, participle, genitive, feminine, singular): γραφουσης
Hint
There are two instances below where you will need to apply a vowel merger. Look out for the stems that end in α, ε, or ο and refresh on your vowel mergers here.
