Lesson 4 | Vocab

Assignment

This assignment is the same as Assignment 3, just a different and longer passage. Familiarize yourself with the following text by reading through it several times before you record it. As you do, give attention to the following:
  1. Each word should be read as a distinct word. That is to say, there should not be pauses within a single word, but there should be a slight pause between words.
  2. While you need not read the text quickly, you must learn the letters well enough to be able to complete it within 2 1/2 minutes.¹
  3. This assignment does not include attempting to understand the Hebrew. However, look out for the words in the text which you have already learned.

Read Genesis 1:31-2:3 out loud in Hebrew.
