עוֹדֶ֨נּוּ֙ מְדַבֵּ֣ר — “while he was still speaking”
מַּלְאָ֨ךְ — “messenger”
יֹּ֗אמֶר — “he said”
זֹ֤את — This demonstative pronoun is acting like an adjective in the predicate position. But to smooth out the English, feel free to translate it like an attributive adjective.
מֵאֵ֣ת — This is a combination of two prepositions; try to figure out what translation makes the most sense.
מָֽה — You will need to contort the normal gloss of this word a little.
אוֹחִ֥יל — “should I wait”

נִשְׁעָ֨ן — “[subject] leaned” (Ignore the לַ in front of מֶּלֶךְ֩, which is the subject of נִשְׁעָ֨ן.)
אֶת — This direct object marker actually indicates the indirect object of וַיַּ֣עַן.
יֹּאמַר֒ — “he said”
יְהוָ֗ה — Add “if” before this word.
אֲרֻבּוֹת֙ — “windows”
יִהְיֶ֖ה — “would [subject] happen”
הִנְּכָ֤ה — This particle has a suffix to show who the subject of the following clause is.
רֹאֶה֙ — Use the future tense here.
שָּׁ֖ם — “there”
תֹאכֵֽל — “you will eat”
