In the module below, we have marked the first command, ”Shepherd the Flock” and added a dot note with a few related observations and a question. There are several more commands in the passage including two in which the command is restated a second time.
Highlight 2–3 of the remaining commands, using a different color for each. (If the command repeats, use the same color.)
Use dot notes to record clarifying observations and questions related to the who, what, when, and where of each highlighted command.
