Building a Library on a Budget
The problem with using extrabiblical resources, unless you have a solid seminary library nearby, is cost. Books can be expensive—even digital books.
So, in order to help you figure out which books to buy, I’ve ordered the steps of this lesson in order of significance, from the most to least important resources. So if you can only get one resource, make it a study Bible. If two, make it a study Bible and a dictionary, and so on.
In each step, I’ve listed and described my top resource, and then sometimes added one or two more beneficial resources if you want to purchase more.
