Remember, the final stem—hithpael—does not have an active or passive counterpart because it itself lies somewhere between active and passive, being reflexive. We’ll use the verb הָלַךְ for this stem’s paradigm.

As in the perfect form, hithpael is a relatively easy stem to distinguish.
Identifying feature:
- The -הִתְ prefix with the ה is swapped out for the appropriate letter of the personal ending (e.g. -אֶתְ for 1cs).
