Introducing Biblical Hebrew, Allen P. Ross (576 pages). If you wish our Hebrew course contained three times as much information on everything, then this grammar is for you! Each lesson ends with a helpful summary, and there is an even more-condensed summary of each chapter at the back. His Mechanical Parsing Method alone is worth the price of the book. | Review
Intermediate Hebrew Grammars
Williams’ Hebrew Syntax, 3rd ed., John C. Beckman (264 pages). This is not only a teaching grammar but also serves well as a reference grammar—a book to keep close at hand when struggling to understand a difficult syntactical construction. It contains brief descriptions of syntactical constructions of nouns, verbs, particles, and whole clauses, as well as the location of lengthier discussions in other major grammars. | Review
