Lesson 10: Putting It All Together
Keep Exploring!
Even though an introduction to the Five Horizons is now behind you, you still have a lifetime of learning ahead.
I encourage you to go back to the Recommended Resources steps first. Even though you may have read some of the resources included there, we encourage you to go back and read even more of them.
For example, did you watch any of Dr. Tom Schreiner’s videos where he surveys every book of the Bible in light of biblical theology? It’s a pleasure hearing him explain how each book contributes to the Christ-focused story of the Bible. Or how about Dr. Rob Plummer’s article on eating idol meat? His detailed description of the principles Paul teaches in 1 Corinthians 8:1-11 exemplifies sound application to current issues. My point: Don’t miss out on the rich treasury of resources linked in those steps just because they were more than you could take in during the course. Then, if you want to go even wider or deeper in practicing these disciplines of theology, look at the following websites that offer excellent training.
